Come join us at The Open Book, where Lois Cox and Hilary Lapsley, writing as Jennifer Palgrave, will read from their latest crime novel, 'Where the River Goes'.

Set in South Canterbury in the context of conflict around dirty dairying and the health of rivers, the novel has a timely theme. A brutal murder disrupts a peaceful community and Lauren Fraser, protagonist of two previous Palgrave novels, once again becomes a reluctant investigator.

Copies of ‘Where the River Goes’ will be for sale at this event, and as per usual, drinks and snacks will be provided.
